Kreyalab is a creative agency based in Cap-Haïtien, Haiti, offering graphic design, branding, content creation, photography, videography, printing and visual communication support services.

3. Acceptance of conditions

By using this site or contacting Kreyalab for a project, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the points below, please do not use the site or inform us before starting any collaboration.

4. Description of services

Kreyalab offers services based on personalized quotes, tailored to each client’s needs, deadlines, and budget. Prices displayed on the website (where applicable) are indicative (“starting from”) and do not constitute a contractual commitment until a final quote has been approved by both parties.

5. Collaboration Process

A collaboration with Kreyalab typically follows these steps:

  • Initial contact (WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or referral);
  • Discussion about your needs, the type of service, the timeframe, and the budget;
  • Preparation and sending of a quote or proposal;
  • Payment of a deposit to confirm the project and schedule the work;
  • Project execution, revisions as outlined in the quote, and final delivery.

The number of revisions included, the deadlines, and the payment terms are specified in each individual quote.

6. Intellectual Property

Site content

The texts, visuals, logos, and graphic elements on kreyalab.com are the property of Kreyalab, unless otherwise stated. Any reproduction, distribution, or reuse without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Customer deliverables

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, the client becomes the owner of the final creations once the project has been paid for in full. Kreyalab reserves the right to use the completed work for demonstration purposes (portfolio, social media, website), unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality.

7. Use of the site

By using this site, you agree to:

  • not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems;
  • not use the site for fraudulent or illegal purposes;
  • not copy or reuse the site’s content without permission.

8. Portfolio and displayed achievements

The projects presented on this website (logos, flyers, visual identities, etc.) are actual creations by Kreyalab for its clients. They are displayed with the consent of the clients concerned; anyone wishing to have a project relating to them removed may submit a request (see the Contact section).

9. Third-party links and content

The site may contain links to third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp). Kreyalab is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kreyalab is committed to providing its services professionally and diligently, but cannot be held liable for:

  • temporary website interruptions due to technical reasons beyond its control;
  • the client’s use of deliverables once they have been submitted;
  • delays caused by a lack of content or response from the client.

11. Modification of these conditions

Kreyalab may modify these terms of use at any time, particularly to reflect changes in its services. The date of the last update is indicated at the top of this page.

12. Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Haitian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will, to the extent possible, be settled amicably between the parties.
