If you contact us via the WhatsApp button or our live chat on the website, the exchanges (messages, number or identifier used) are kept to ensure follow-up of the conversation and to offer you continuous service, even if you come back later.

Testimonials and reviews displayed on the website

The site does not allow visitors to post comments directly. The testimonials, reviews, or customer feedback you see on the site are selected and published by Kreyalab (for example, from WhatsApp exchanges, messages received on social media, or verbal feedback).

  • Event registration data is kept for the duration of the event organization, and slightly longer for follow-up purposes, unless you request otherwise.
  • Published testimonials remain online until the person concerned requests their removal.

  • correct any inaccurate or incomplete information;
